Joan of Arc Surrender and Capture

At Compiègne in France in 1430 Joan of Arc would Join other French forces to help battle against English and Burgundian troops attacking the city.

It was during this attack that she was captured.

Soldiers pulled her from her horse and she was forced to surrender to Lionel of Wandomme, a nobleman from Luxembourg.
